SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping
All orders are packaged with care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. We ship within the United States only via USPS or UPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact info@toulles.com. Returns must be authorized before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving authorization.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Store credit issued excludes any shipping fees paid on the original order.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Custom or engraved items
  • Items designated as final sale at time of purchase
  • Orders purchased with store credit
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact info@toulles.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or deny claims at our discretion.
Order Issues
If your order arrives incomplete, is lost in transit, or you experience any other issue, please contact us as soon as possible at info@toulles.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
